Payments
Payment of $180 is due 1st of each month. Payments received after the 10th must include a $25 late fee. Be sure to put your lot number on your check to ensure proper credit. Place a check in the mailbox in front of the clubhouse, or mail to Pine Springs HOA, 9033 Pine Springs Dr, Boca Raton, FL 33428.
