Pine Springs Homeowners may lease out their homes subject to the following conditions:
The only lease term permitted is for one (1) Year.
A home may only be leased out once per year.
All occupants must be named on lease.
Sub-leasing to third parties is forbidden.
All prospective occupants must complete application forms, undergo credit checks, and submit to background screenings. Incomplete application forms will not be accepted.
A non-refundable application/screening fee must be paid at time of application.
A pet deposit is required for occupant's pets, if any.
All occupants must be interviewed by a representative of the Pine Springs HOA.
All leases are subject to approval by the Pine Springs HOA prior to occupancy; no exceptions!
All occupants agree to be bound by, and to comply with, the protective covenants and governing
documents of Pine Springs.

The community of Pine Springs is a deed-restricted community, created and governed by the Declarations and Covenants filed in the public record of Palm Beach County. All homeowners and/or occupants are required by law to abide by these documents.
